Led by the Bengbu Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security (following: HRSSB Bengbu), AnKeLi and Bengbu Technician Institute reached a strategic cooperation agreement for the implementation of the Sino-German Dual Vocational Education and Training System (Bengbu) platform after several investigations and negotiations.
On the morning of January 17th, 2019, the cooperation signing ceremony was held at the HRSSB Bengbu. Zhu Dongmin, Deputy Director of the HRSSB Bengbu presided over the ceremony and gave a welcome speech. Chen Yuangao, President of the Bengbu Technical Institute, and Professor Erich Bauer, President of AnKeLi attended the ceremony and signed the agreement.

Prof. Bauer introduced AnKeLi's dual vocational education and training and the company's profile. AnKeLi has modern vocational training facilities, and carries out vocational inter-company training in three majors: mechanical engineering, electromechanics, and production process technology. Currently, it is actively expanding international cooperation to promote "dual" vocational education and training (following: DVET) to China. Prof. Bauer said that this time AnKeLi promoted the dual system model to Bengbu in order to support DVET in Anhui and believed that the cooperation would be successful.
Zhu Dongmin, Chen Yuangao and Prof. Bauer signed the agreement. After the ceremony, accompanied by Deputy Researcher Jin Zaixin of the HRSSB Bengbu, and Liu Kang, the Head of the Professional Capacity Building Section, Prof. Bauer visited the training workshops of majors in mechanical engineering, electromechanics and automobile in the Bengbu Technician Institute. The visit was warmly received by Chen Yuangao and other official leaders.

From July 30th to August 3rd of the same year, according to the strategic cooperation agreement, AnKeLi started the "Sino-German DVET Teacher Training Course" at the Bengbu Technician Institute, and taught the first course –“DVET Teaching Didactics and Methods” for the teachers from major mechanical and electrical engineering.

During the 5-day course, Mr. Hartmut Seilder and Mr. Wolfgang Prebeck, German experts of DVET, lectured on the "Ten Elements of a Top Class", and enriched the content of the course with various practical examples and group discussion and exercises. A variety of advanced DVET training skills were vividly introduced to the teachers of Bengbu Technical College.
